This isnt a case of that I had the debt and never paid id for whatever reason, this is a case of wrong identity I guess. Still no news on the case and nothing from the FSO. I am guessing that by removing the default they are setting a precedence that CCG had listed in error and thus in turn makes them liable to return my money so I guess a cover up is easier.
